Weaver Park Field Trip

We had so much fun on our walking field trip to Weaver Park, yesterday!
Getting ready to start our adventure!
The weather was absolutely beautiful and I think everyone had a wonderful day!
Bubbles and sidewalk chalk were a big hit at the Park!
 So was hula-hooping!
Thank you so much to Coach Swain for allowing us to borrow his P.E. equipment to use while we were at the park!
Everyone was all smiles yesterday!
Hooping it up on the basketball court
 Way to go, Holden!
The parachute was a big hit with all the classes!
Nothing is better than seeing huge smiles across 4 classes of Kindergartners!
This game is much harder than it looks, but Tashonna did an awesome job playing it!
 Way to go, Sally!
 Snack Time
Everyone was full of happiness to be enjoying the beautiful weather together!
 More from snack time!
Wilson played Wall-Ball for almost the entire day!
Way to hang in there, Aiden!
To top things off, at the very end of the day we enjoyed some yummy ice-pops that helped cool us down after all our playing!
 This made everyone excited!
 Yummy!!!
I think these smiles say it all!
We really had the most wonderful day yesterday and it truly is hard for me to believe we only have a couple more weeks together!  This class has really been such a joy to teach, their love for each other and bond as a class will be very hard to replace next year!  Happy Tuesday, everyone!

  1. Wow, what a day! I'm so grateful to both of you for helping Oscar learn to love being at school. It was a tough transition for him on the front end. Thanks for hanging with him and being such great teachers! He's had a very good year, which I am sure he will never forget. Sincerely, O's Grandmother
