Kindergarten Block Party

Our Kindergarten Block party was an absolute BLAST on Tuesday!  Each teacher had a fun activity for the students to do while they were in their classrooms for 30 minutes.  The students all had a great time!  Mrs. Wood's room was a dance party, complete with a disco ball and everything!  Mrs. Ninich had a movie room.  We made these adorable hand print crabs in my classroom as well as a coloring contest!  Mrs. Daniel's room had all sorts of blocks and Legos for students to build with, and Miss Wilkins set her room up as a painting room!!!  It's hard to believe this year is almost over.  I am so proud of all my smart rising first graders!!!

Field Day

We had so much fun Friday at our school's annual Field Day!  It was a full day packed with games, sunshine, and fun with our friends! 

 We started the day off with field races up on the track.

 Then went down to the playground fields for fun games and more races.

 Our 5th Grade art students were doing face and arm painting!  They did an awesome job and the kids loved their arm and face paintings!

 After lunch we went in to the Gym for class games.  There was a girls game and a boys game.  The students really loved playing other classrooms and everyone did a great job playing fair and having positive attitudes! 

 

 

 After class games in the gym we finished up the exciting day in the cafeteria with a dance party to some of the students favorite dances they learned in PE class. 

 

We had such a great day, it was the perfect way to end a long week of end-of-year assessments!

Beach Day

Today was such a wonderful day, we had so much fun at our Beach Day!  The kids had a blast, and I think the teachers did too!!!
